Leadership is about empowering people. Encouraging active participation, mitigating risk through intelligent data gathering, establishing clear deliverables and objectives, ultimately knowing how to best utilize talent in order to deliver the most compelling product/service. One of my highest compliments: being referred to as a conductor/maestro of a symphony orchestra to bring out the best of each individual and collectively achieve optimal performance.

A company needs to be able to see clearly and understand where it’s heading. My blend of creative interests, multi-faceted experience and understanding of markets allows me to expand and raise an organization’s imagination/outlook to discover new possibilities and potential.

Whether it’s creating a go-to-market plan, determining capital allocation, developing product feature sets, producing a film, or creating partnerships, I develop informed ‘roadmaps’ that goes beyond traditional goal development; exploration of potential obstacles, creating simulations and develop alternative strategies to ensure best outcomes.

Through the course of due diligence, I instinctively sense potential threats to an organization. I’m not interested in any deal, but rather the ‘right’ deal both for the organization and its clients.

Companies tend to chase trends in order to satisfy shareholders. Whether it’s NFTs or Metaverse, pivoting an organization to the latest ‘market potential’ screams of desperation. I am a proponent of XBD ‘cross boundary disruption’ or simply put, finding true strengths of a company that can be leveraged across different industries. This is predicated on establishing a sound business in order to scale. I bring organization to the business in order for it to scale successfully.
